BIRTH DOULA PACKAGES
Basic Birth Package $1000 (HST included)
This package includes:
- 1 Complimentary meeting to determine our fit,
- 2 Prenatal Visits where we get to know each other and your wishes, discuss comfort measures, and the preparation of an early birth plan and a hospital birth plan,
- 24 hour on-call support for the 2 weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born,
- 1 Postpartum Visit to go over the birth experience and make sure that you are meeting your breastfeeding goals,
- Email support for 6 months following the birth of your child.

Integrated Birth Doula and Prenatal Education Package $1275 (HST included)
This package is a unique approach to doula support that offers the commonly offered Birth Doula Package with in depth Prenatal Education included in the support.
I use an innovative approach to Prenatal Education throughout our Prenatal Visits. Together, we slowly progress through a normal Prenatal Class curriculum and thoroughly investigate all essential topics and their direct application to your pregnancy and birth while we discuss your desires and concerns. Activities, experiential tools, videos and readings are used to enhance your education. This is accomplished through the addition of another Prenatal Visit, instead of the typical industry standard of 2 visits.
The time together before your birth (on average 7-8 hrs.) ensures that you enter your birth experience feeling secure and confident, and that we are a strong, cohesive, and prepared team.
This package includes:
- 1 Complimentary meeting to determine our fit,
- 3 Prenatal Visits that are intensive birth preparation classes,
- 24 hour on-call support for the 2 weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born,
- 1 Postpartum Visit to go over the birth experience and make sure that you are meeting your breastfeeding goals,
- Email support for 6 months following the birth of your child.

Hypnobirthing® Doula Package $1150 (HST included)
This package includes:
- 1 Complimentary meeting to determine our fit,
- 2 Prenatal Visits where we go over and practice the relaxation techniques and scripts that you like and have been practicing, we get to know each other further and design your birth preferences, and the preparation of an early birth plan,
- 24 hour on-call support for the 2 weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born,
- 1 Postpartum Visit to go over your birth experience and make sure that you are meeting your breastfeeding goals,
- Email support for 6 months following the birth of your child.

This package is a unique approach to doula support that offers the commonly offered Birth Doula Package with Private Hypnobirthing® Classes included in the support.
This package includes:
- 1 Complimentary meeting to determine our fit,
- 5-week Private Series Hypnobirthing® Class (scheduled differently on request)
- 24 hour on-call support for the 2 weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born,
- 1 Postpartum Visit to go over the birth experience and make sure that you are meeting your breastfeeding goals,
- Email support for 6 months following the birth of your child.

Holistic Pregnancy, Empowered Birth and Optimal Recovery Package $1590 (HST incl)
This package is a unification of 3 essential and beneficial services for the health of an expectant woman: Extensive Doula Support, Integrative Prenatal Education and the care of a Naturopathic Doctor.
The foundational element of this package is the development of knowledge and confidence surrounding your birth experience. Dr. Jackie and Annie work with you to lay a proper foundation for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum period. We use an integrative approach to prenatal and wellness education through clinic visits, in-home meetings and education, literature provision and phone or email dialogue.
We offer a service package that is second to none in the industry by bringing very personalized and complementary services together into partnership in one inclusive package. We work together to bring you a continuum of service that is 100% client focused and motivated.
We work together to create a schedule that ensures constant availability of support for our clients.
Naturopathic Services, provided by Dr. Jackie Streich:
- Assessment of your current state of health and how you are adjusting to your pregnancy.
- Discussion regarding the health issues that surface and some ways you may consider addressing them.
- Determination of what holistic health teaching and counselling would be of benefit to your particular pregnancy.
- Thorough discussion of labour preparation and alternative induction possibilities
- 1 Postpartum visit
Doula & Prenatal Education Services, provided by Doula Annie:
- Innovative approach to Prenatal Education interwoven throughout 3 Prenatal Visits
- Moderate progression through a holistic Prenatal Class curriculum enabling thorough investigation and comprehension.
- Activities, experiential tools, videos and readings are selected to enhance your education all throughout your pregnancy
- Your Early Labour Plan is developed and rehearsed, along with the drafting of a general Birth Plan.
- Unlimited phone and email support.
- 24 hour on call service from 2 weeks before your E.D.D until your baby’s birth.
- Continuous support during labour and for the first few postpartum hours to ensure the best start to breastfeeding, if needed.
- 1 Postpartum visit

Last Minute Birth Doula Package ~ $850 (HST incl)
- 1 prenatal visit (if time permits)
- Continuous labour support as per Integrated Birth Package.
- 1 postpartum visits as per Integrated Birth Package
- Unlimited telephone and email support until the birth of your baby and up to 6 months postpartum.
Note: You must be over 37 weeks to take advantage of this option and is subject to availability.

Planned Cesarean Package $650 (HST incl)
Having a Doula by your side before and after your c-section will aid in the ability for your partner to get much needed sleep, help you get the best start with breastfeeding, and help you with the many other essential activities of new parents. Details same as Basic Birth Package, without on-call status due to scheduled c-section.

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES
A Postpartum Doula helps a mom during the precious time right after the baby is born, and through the first few months of the baby’s life. I can help with baby while you shower, rest or eat, help support you with breastfeeding, run an errand for you and make sure that you are getting healthy food to keep your energy high for baby. This kind of care is essential for a new family so that everyone can enjoy this exciting time and be relaxed knowing that you are supported.
I can help you learn what you need to take care of your baby such as bathing, swaddling, etc. All of the different things that you can learn to bring you peace of mind. I am a mom and know the essentials to make sure your new baby is happy and safe.

Postpartum Services $30/hour, $40 for multiples
Hourly support with a minimum 4-hour booking

Overnight support that helps both the parents and baby. I will allow you to sleep comfortably and bring baby to you when they are hungry. 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Breastfeeding Support Support
First Visit: $65
Follow ups: $45/hr
Breastfeeding can sometimes be a challenge. Get off to the right start, fix issues like cracked nipples or supply issues, etc.
