Multiples! for Parents Expecting more than one Bundle.

A Prenatal class for those expecting twins or higher order multiples.  This class is taught by Annie Scott, CD(DONA) and by an experienced Mom of twins and doula who knows how you are feeling! 

Space is limited to 3 couples. The class is 8-hours.  Ideal for women and partners in their 2nd trimester, but open to everyone.

Topics include:

• Types of Multiple pregnancy and how birthing may differ.
• Special considerations for moms ie. nutrition, rest.
• Expert tips from a Mom who has been there (and survived).
• Breastfeeding strategies and Tips: Yes!  You can breastfeed twins or higher!
• Community Resources to help ease your transition.

Our first class is on Saturday, May 5th from 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. at our College/Bathurst location!

Cost: $210 (+HST)

At Prenatal Classes Toronto we made the decision to offer classes that do not subscribe to one childbirth discipline such as the traditional Lamaze classes, and have opted for a mixture of favorite techniques and information from all sources. Prenatal Classes Toronto has developed curriculum through experience and is constantly changing and updating prenatal class content to ensure updated and accurate information for clients.

With Prenatal Classes Toronto you will learn what you need to know in a compact and time efficient course. You won’t regret that you did.

Prenatal Classes Toronto currently serves the G.T.A., Markham, Ajax, Pickering, Burlington and surrounding areas. Will travel further, but a travel fee is charged.

If you are from outside of Toronto (like the couples I have taught who have even travelled from Kincardine!) Prenatal Classes Toronto can find a location to host a private prenatal class, so don’t let distance deter you.
